Start with a free initial chat to explore your sleep challenges and goals for your child.
You will complete an assessment form to help me understand your little one’s temperament, routines, and specific sleep struggles.
Sleep consultant package
You will receive a fully bespoke sleep plan tailored to your parenting style, your child’s age, nature and your family’s lifestyle considerations. The plan covers:
Bedtime routines
Night wakings
Early rising
Naps
A holistic approach to your child’s sleep, considering both practical strategies and emotional well-being
Once you’ve received your plan, we’ll have a 1-hour video consultation to go through it in detail. I’ll walk you through why I’ve chosen this specific method and how it’s tailored to your child’s needs, ensuring you feel confident in the approach.
You will also receive up to 3 weeks of ongoing support, including 3 x 20-minute calls per week and unlimited WhatsApp support Monday to Friday. I’ll be with you every step of the way to help transform your little one’s sleep.
